TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present conditions govern the sale of products: artworks and limited edition print, exclusively on the website www.live-with-art.com or all other means of communication such as email, whatsapp, instagram, facebook, text messaging, etc. In the event of a dispute, Live-With-Art reserves the right to all final decisions.

ORDERING

When you confirm your order, by clicking on the button “Purchase “ enter your email, shipping or pick up option (local delivery shipping included, international delivery by quotation). Then proceed for payment. We accept all international credit/debit cards. Your bank details are encrypted during the transaction. Upon received the order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery dates. Please allow us 3-5  business days to prepare your order.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

The certificate of authenticity is the document guaranteeing that the work has been produced by the artist with whom it is associated. Written in a single copy, this passport, attesting to the authorship of a creation, may prove to be essential when selling or insuring the work. Like an identity card, the certificate of authenticity follows works throughout their life, from purchase to resale.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE

If you see unexpected damages upon arrival, take photos of the defective products, parcel and delivery note and email to us at hi@live-with-art.com.  You have a period of 7 days from receipt of the order to contact us about the damage. We will send you a replacement within 7 days from the date we received the returned item.
