TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present conditions govern the sale of lessons, workshops and masterclasses, all paid or unpaid, booked through the our website or all other means of communication such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, text messaging, etc. In the event of dispute, Live-With-Art reserves the rights to all final decisions.
BOOKING
When you confirm your lesson schedule, clicking on the button “Purchase” under each chosen schedule, enter your email address and then proceed for payment. We accept all international credit/debit cards. Your bank details are encrypted during the transaction. Upon received the order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your schedule.
REFUND POLICY
No refund will be given once your booking is confirmed and fees are paid. Fees paid is not transferrable to another third party. Any exceptions need to be approved by Live-With-Art, and any refund will be in form of store credits toward purchase of items on our site.
In the event that the student violates rules such as disturbance to other students and our teachers, intellectual property, malicious damages to our learning tools and materials, harassment, and inappropriate misconduct, Live With Art holds the rights to terminate the student’s paid lesson/s without refund.
MAKE-UP LESSON / ABSENCE
All make-up lessons must be taken within 30 days from the date(s) of absence. Must notify us by email / WhatsApp prior to your absence in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons can only be rescheduled once for each missed session. If you are not able to attend the lesson due to sickness, we will not count this as a missed session given you can provide proof of documentation such as a doctor's note.
Reschedule fees applied for all non-medical related absences.
RESCHEDULE LESSON
Typhoon / Rainstorm: Lessons will be canceled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Heavy Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted. The lessons will not be refunded, however we will arrange make-up session accordingly. If you aren’t able to attend make-up session, we will apply your fees paid toward in-store credit which you can spend on our site or physical store.
Special Circumstances: If our lessons become impossible to conduct due to force majeure such as as a war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic or sudden legal changes, paid fees can be reserved for usage before an expiry date.
A rescheduling admin fee of $200/person will be charged for any voluntary date and time change.
PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY
We collect, store and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Occasionally we will distribute promotional information to you through various communications channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email.
Photographs and videos taken by us during classes, workshops, and events, may contain the faces of the participants and may be used for teacher training and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know prior of your lesson, or email us your request.
